We can add any accessories that were included in the original photo. All accessories such as leashes, collars and harnesses. If you would like an accessory to remain in the final portrait, please leave a message when placing your order.

Can I see my work before it ships?

Yes! We offer a free preview to all customers once the work is complete. After that, you can request as many revisions as you like. Once you are happy with your pet's work, we will ship it.

Can I print more than one pet on one photo?

We offer a wide variety of pet portraits, perfect for multiple pets and large pet families. Up to three pets can be featured per portrait. We love all pets, from fish to puppies, we can portray you!

What if I don't like my work?

If you don't like your work, you can request a revision. We will revise the work and send it back to you for review. Once you are happy with your order, we will package it for shipment.

If you don't like the work after receiving it, we will remake the work and replace it free of charge.

Are my pet photos good enough?

We check all pet photos we receive. Usually, the photos are perfectly fine. If there is a problem, we will email you to explain the problem and request some new photos via email.
