How it Works

  • 1. Upload a photo of your pet

    Choose the perfect style from our collection of unique designs. Upload a pet photo and place your order.

  • 2. Approve your custom pet art

    We’ll get to work hand-crafting your pet replica. This process usually takes 2-4 weeks. You’ll receive a preview when it’s ready, for you to approve or request changes.

  • 3. Receive your order!

    We will produce and ship your item and send a tracking number via email. Get ready to receive your gift!

So what happens?

Once the order is completed, our in-house design team will create a high-quality product based on your photo. A preview will be emailed to you for your approval. You will receive a preview of the work for confirmation within 2-4 weeks. At this stage, you can make any revision requests until you are 100% satisfied.

Once approved, your product will be made and shipped to you.
